My passion for quality, continuous improvement, business process optimization, and operational excellence is rooted in 25 years of experience in quality management (assurance and control), supplier management, new product introduction and project launches, operations management, and continuous improvement across various industries.

I have developed and delivered custom training and workshops on various topics, including Six Sigma (Yellow, Green, and Black Belts), Lean Methodology, Project Management, Value Analysis Value Engineering, Operations Management, Operational Excellence, and Risk Management. I am also proud to be an ASQ-certified instructor, providing certification programs such as CMQ/OE, CQE, CSSYB, CSSGB, CSSBB, and CQIA.

In addition to training and workshops, I publish articles in professional journals and magazines and speak at national and international conferences on various topics and disruptive ideas, including Industry 4.0, Quality 4.0, Operational Excellence, Lean, and Six Sigma.

I hold a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and an M.Eng. in Engineering Management. I am a registered Professional Engineer with Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia and a Project Management Professional (PMP), certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI). Additionally, I have earned various certifications from the American Society for Quality (ASQ), including Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Certified Quality Engineer. I am also a lead auditor for ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 standards.
