Supplier management process is as important to our clients as managing their own business. Suppliers could be simply the providers of raw material needed for the manufacturing or the service process all the way to being a true business partner in developing the products or services that our clients make.

 

In order for us to proactively work with our clients to manage this complicated process, we do the following:

  1. We first develop the selection criteria: this includes assessing the risks, planning for the acceptance requirements, developing the selection matrix that includes the technical, commercial and human aspects. 

  2. Then we work together on developing the monitoring plan: this includes developing and preforming supplier audits, collecting periodic information related to process performance, monitoring the delivery, cost and quality performance indicators

  3. Lastly, we establish the short and long term development plans with a common goal in mind that the supplier is a business partner to our client and their success is part of our client’s success.
